At last!
It took 83 days here in Utah where the law says it should take 60.
However, on a recent newscast it was reported that Utah is on track to issue 80+ thousand permits this year alone!

We had a (rare) Utah class here in Maryland in May, and were told because of the "post-election rush" we could expect to wait up to 120 days from mailbox to mailbox no matter what the law says. And it appears Florida is in the same situation!

Didn't they change the UT permit for non-residents...they now have to make an 'in-state' visit to complete the process? Curious...
