I watched quite a few videos but they don't show the how to very well.
For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the son of man be. Mathew 24:27

Just FYI.
You can also do a fantastic and really rapid AR "bump fire" from the shoulder using just a heavy rubber band.

The rubber band seems uncomfortably close to the "shoelace machinegun".
