Can't say that I do...I got mine thru a gun rag and I haven't seen'em since. I'll keep a look out though...

I really like that book.
You can find some on Ebay if you search Stash Book but not with that great title Peace Of Mind.
They do have some listed though.

I haven't seen these sold, but here's a like to making one from a real book.
