as far as normal 9mm concealed, in no particular order.

I prefer XD's to be the larger frames, so I didn't include it.

The P250 subcompact has some potential. There are rumors of a DA/SA fire control unit.(pay attention to the SHOT Show) I do not mind the long DA reset on the current P250's but I want to give it some time before I buy one.

    Sig P250

    When Available.

I sell the Sig P250. I believe in it and know why it was developed.

    I originally had a 9mm.

I obtained the slide and magazines for .40. This was nearly the cost of the pistol itself.

The technology is very good to outstanding.

The idea that this pistol can easily be interchanged is a fact. However the cost to change the slide and change magazines is 4/5's of what the Pistol costs new.

Old thread but now the Walther PPQ has to be on this list. It might have the best trigger of them all.

What is the top 5 9mm handguns for less than $800?
    Top how?
    Top sellers? Probably all glocks.
Top quality? Sig, H&K, EMP, CZ.
Top reliability? Sig, Glock, H&K, Kahr

See how this can go in a lot of different ways?
Tops in my book are CZ, Sig, and H&K All mine shot 100% right out of the box, look good, and ooze quality.

    Full size or compact?
The Ruger SR9C would be right on top for compact CC better than many costing twice as much
    Ruger SR9 full size.
    S&W M&P9 Springfield XD9

Top selling does not make it the best. Gun owner buy some model for reasons having nothing to do with how fit they are for a use. Many buy based on a Name and an unearned reputation. Other fine weapons are often over looked by many.

How can a Glock be top in reliability but not in quality? What on earth can reliability mean if not quality?
