Duracot - Show us your finished pistols!
I am going to get my carry Duracoated this winter, and and trying to decide if I am going to try to return to OE appearance, or fluff it up a bit.
My carry has a lot of the finish (oxide blued) worn off at various points from the holster, and some rust pitting on the inboard side.
Handguns only please, Lots of people have done up long guns, and there are pic's galore out there, but not many handguns.
On hiatus.
Hit my limit for speculation, the sky is falling, and gun owners fighting amongst themselves.

Birdsongs Black T on the P226 (top)
Duracoat on the P220 (bottom)

It's difficult to tell which I like better but the Black T has a "slick" feel to it. It's showing signs of wear now but it's still looks better than when I sent it in.
The Duracoat is still pretty new. I'm a little disappointed with the fellow that did it because I paid him extra to deburr it, which he failed to do. Other than that, it's a good job.
