I was looking into the hole single action shooting concept, until I saw a price for single action revolvers.. Ruger SASS Vaquero Single-Action Revolver Models
Does anyone in here shoot this sport, and can tell me a bit more about it? Is that how much I have to expect to pay for a single action gun? $1500? And where do I start looking for clothing an that 22 rifle?

The standard Vaquero is only about $650. Why pay another $850. for a little SASS emblem on the grips? For a rifle look at the Henry repeating rifles, available in .22 and larger bore as well.
