School me on having guns in Nevada... Las Vegas in particular...
Anything that I have to look out for? Any paperwork that needs to be filed? Registration? Funny deals? Irritating things that I must do whether or not I like them?
Give me the lowdown...
When you have to shoot, shoot. Don't talk.
"Don't forget, incoming fire has the right of way."
Might want to check opencarry.org in the forums. They have quite a few stories about Vegas. From my reading, OC is legal, the strip properties will ask you to leave if they observe your firearm, and Metro PD may hassle you walking down the street. If your permit is recognized by NV, I would suggest carrying concealed, not consuming alcohol (although you just have to remain under the legal limit by law) and not drawing attention to yourself.
Gen 3 Glock 33 .357sig
Ohio CHL since 1/29/2009
PA Non-Res 10/12/2010 (expired, no longer needed)
Nevadano longer recognizes Florida for CCW... As much as this saddens me, it is not the worry.
I may have to leave weapons in Las Vegas for a while and need to know what I am looking at in this circumstance.
