It's hard for me to understand why liberals think that concealed carry does not reduce crime. Statistics have proven it over and over.

ProRKBA as a deterrent is ahead, but not by much.

First off, good job to the store clerk.

    On the survey:
Kansas and Missouri have passed concealed-carry laws. Do you think the threat of citizens carrying weapons deters criminals?
I voted yes but could have just as easily voted no. I'm just not sure that the majority of criminals are smart enough to worry about it until it happens to them. In a way, it's a little like the death penalty. There's a lot of evidence that it doesn't deter someone from committing a crime. But, once they've been executed, that person sure isn't going to commit a crime again so I see that as a deterrent. At least to that person.

Voted. It's up to 53% now. This happened about 10 blocks from me and I go into this store. Nice guys that run it. Glad that they came out on top.

I'll have to stop by and see what they have to say about it all.

Albeit it might not deter criminals initiating a crime, it is does have the ability to deter criminals successfully carrying out their criminal plans.
