STILL, using the Deviant Method, the bag IS LOCKED on the OUTSIDE with your lock (not a TSA lock). If TSA does find anything, they have to get you to open it at the gate, which is mentioned in the video as happening once or twice to DEVIANT. Bag is still Uber-secured.
PLUS, the note about the starter pistol helps when flying (and staying) in the commie-lands, like NYC, Kali, Hawaii, etc., at least for securing other valuables in your case (electronics, cameras, Granny's recipes, etc.). The starter pistol is LEGAL in all 50 States with no registration, so you get to fly anywhere with a "firearm"!
