My experiences with Karh (firearms & service) have been so bad that I sold my P40 and will never buy another thing from the outfit. There are others out there, plenty of them, I don't need a thing from Kahr.

I'm glad some of you have had good experiences with them. But after my experience I had with them I don't think I'd purchase accessories from them again unless there was a compelling reason to. There are enough other reputable sellers out there. As I mentioned, my issues mostly center around not being able to get a hold of anyone there. Email, several phone calls, several messages and when I finally got a person the only thing she could really tell me was that they were going to be upgrading their website for better service, but no apology for the fact that no one called be back or that I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Love my PM9. Hate their customer no-service.

Wow...I believe you are beating a dead horse here now bro. No disrespect but...let it go.
I e-mailed Kahr as well and expressed my dissatisfaction with their website and hopefully they will hear our voice. Until then if you don't like dealing with them then take you business elsewhere. Each time you buy something (from somewhere else) send them an e-mail and remind them of the business they lost from you.

Yea, I agree. I really started that last post to say that I was glad other people were having good experience with them and then for some reason my brain wanted to get one last dig in. I'm over it.
