    Question on buying online?

I found a gun on Guns America I am very interested in, it is not auction but just a classified flat price listing. Is this something that you can contact the seller and make an offer or is the price it, and no room? Just curious and the bargain hunter in me wants to haggle a little but I was not sure if this could be done. Waiting on pictures right now to better see the condition before I do anything.

Worth a shot. If anything, the seller will have that option if they don't get any takers. What's the item/price?

A Browning Hi Power Practical in .40 S&W, price is $775. Grips have been replaced, as well as the sights. Not crazy about the grips so I would replace them, the sights are good. Since I can hardly find one of these I am not sure if this is a good price or not? I got a like new BHP last year for $550 but it was a Mark lll, not this model.

Depending upon how much it's been shot, that's may be a fair price. I paid $800 NIB for my .40 S&W Practical Hi Power.

One thing to keep in mind is that the Practical is no longer being made. Mine is one of 500 imported that year, and I carry it as an off duty gun, or did until I switched back to the Glock 19.

He listing it as LNIB so I would say that means it's not been shot much. So you think that's a fair price? I have tried to order new .40 Mark lll through a couple dealers and even though some say they are 'available for order' once they try to order one they come back with 'they are no longer in production'.

I'd try to budge down $50. If he's firm in price, ask for free shipping.

That sounds like a good deal. I made a transaction with a dealer through GOA a little while back and was very satisfied with mine. Enjoy!
