    GLow-On and survivakl kits.

All this applications are serious in the sense that give the user an edge. We don't pretend that one's life depends on one thing or another but on a series of measures and procedures that will augment the chances of survival and diminish the risk of extinction literally.

Recently an earthquake became a serious threat in our area, being a survivor of a big one years ago, I'm familiar with the seemingly small but important things that can make a difference.

In a matter of minutes I put together a "survival kit" to help in the case of a natural catastrophe.
One large sheet of self adhesive was enough for it and I had some left.

First of all one has to have a few things to create "personal kits" for every member of the family: A radio, a flashlight, and things in the case that going back inside one's home becomes an impossibility.

A good location for the whole thing is next to the door or exit point, point of reunion, etc. A van parked outside is a good choice, I have a van with supplies for a whole week always.

Of course there is always the chance of everything being washed by a flood, or gone with the wind, or sunk to the center of the earth.
So, this kit is in case we survive the first blow, mind you.

    Here are radios etc.

Here is a photo of the whole thing packed. It includes, first aid kit, dry foodstuff, lighters, lamps, radios, a portable TV, emergency blankets, rain ponchos, firearms and ammo, in this case fanny packs and backpacks are OK as you might find yourself herding your family to safety and running for your life and it's not OK to drop a firearm in a situation like this.
