There's definitively a spot for this type of product, Glow-On having the point position.

Its a matter of perspective, think of it this way:
Look a t the photo below.

In the USA a vast majority of gun enthusiasts own at least that number of pieces.
-Now imagine the same photo, but all the firearms with the original white dots or, bare metal....
-If you decided to retrofit those firearms with tritium, how much would you spend? $$$$...

Put together, its the most affordable upgrade you can make to your firearm.

Added to that the vast amount of plain iron sights out there...
    A good deal for a fair price:D

Is it perfect? Of course not, but if you happen to push thru low light course at your local range, Glow-On will not disappoint.

It that different from any other phosphorescent paint found in any hobby/craft store? Seems like a good idea.

Smile Did you know this about Glow-On gun sights paint?

Glow-on Gun sights paint is activated by heat as well as lights.....

That's right! After the first 10-20 rounds (none is telling you a gun fight should last that long) the heat activates the glow particles....
What does this mean to you?
Not much if you never have any trouble....

But, if you happen to dish out ammo like there's no tomorrow.. Glow-On might, just might, make a difference.

You can activate it at will... It will glow brighter than tritium, right then when the time slows down to a trickle...
And , for as long as your sights can align the shot... you're OK!

Can you tell what's the difference between these configurations?

I thought about that with the post on my BUIS. I have plenty of glow-on left but I wonder how it might affect daytime visibility.
