I work in proeprty management. We advertise our properties for rent on Craigslist. Even so, we have to watch out for scammers who strip info out of our ads, then list the same house for several hundred a month less, then convince the emailer that they are the owner, they don't the house will rent for what we've listed it at.... and wnats to work directly with the tenant.
It gets really ugly after that...
And it is happeneing a couple of times a month now.

Anyone attempting forced entry into my home will be fired upon.
