Arizona "MURDERER RELEASED FROM PRISON TODAY 08-04-2010"

Today a child murderer was released from prison and probably moved into the Maryvale area. If he had been a convicted child molester (which he IS but was never convicted of) he would have to register and the neighbors would be notified of his address. Not the case here. Most will probably just think he's the chubby old man who seems friendly. As we are made aware of his location, I will announce it-the right of public knowledge. Attached is the website with the ADOC prison picture of Harley Spencer (aka Eugene Colombaro). He is older now and has mostly gray hair. For those who don't know, this is the man who murdered my wife's son. Spread the word...

Yes , It's my best friends wife's son. He should have taken a dirt nap along time ago. Inmates missed there chance. Maybe an illegal will take care of him. Maryvale is a bad part of town.

I thought the same thing--if they weren't going to kill him the least they should have done is lock him up for life without parole.

My prayers are sent during this very painful and agonizing time for your friends family.

These early release policies has a heavy cost for the families of the victims these scumbags hurt. I support the building of more prisons if that's what it takes to keep people behind bars for their complete sentence. Hell you could put a prison in my back yard if that's what it takes. No one wants a prison in their community and they'll fight tooth and nail to keep one from going in. I say, screw that. I'd rather see eminent domain laws used to secure land to build a prison than I would a shopping mall or highway if that's what needed to keep these scuzzballs in total lockdown.

Personally, I say no one gets an early release for overcrowding while there are still people on death row. Lets free up some of those beds so we can keep people in longer.
