I would, say the labels as they are what makes the possession legitimate, not the bottles.
Ditto. I don't think the DEA knows or cares what size bottle the druggist used or would know.
Scott is charged with three counts each of carrying a concealed firearm, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
At the very least (surprise, surprise) the media has done an exceptionally poor job reporting on this. Nowhere did the aricle explicitly state he was open carrying, just that the firearm was on his hip (where mine is when I conceal carry). Further they reported two separate concealed charges: one firearm charge and one plain vanilla concealed weapons charge which I can only guess was for the knife or knives. Not sure if there was a charge for the pepper grenade or if that was also concealed and is considered some form of weapon, don't think so but as I stated at the outset: very poor reporting.Quote:
A police log said Scott wore a .40-caliber Glock handgun with a 30-round magazine in a holster at his hip, as well as two concealed knives and a "pepper grenade."
