Voted no! Most people are clueless.

It's been a few days since I checked in, Is the main stream media still saying the dead one was only on the porch or did they come clean and state he entered the home? They keep saying he was a good kid, has the media set the record straight??? Sure the kid was dumb, and he paid the price. The people accepting the lies and misinformation inn my opinion are dumber.

The very fact the poll is being conducted in Milwaukee is a joke!! The city is a bastion for liberals and bad guys!! I think the bad guys would like nothing more than to see the Castle Doctrine repealed. They know they face no opposition from the weak spineless liberals. If Milwaukee keeps going on course they will be like Detroit!

sounds like the DA is taking a wait and see attitude on what he is going to do.

"The 20-year-old Morrison ran next door to hide in an enclosed porch" entered a door to get on the porch.
"Whatever he wants to say. He knew we were kids at this party." Drinking and drugs were involved.

Did the homeowner jump too fast... sure did! Was he in his rights... sure was!!

I like your avatar. I saw that when I was a kid and really believed that the moon looked like that, with the face and all.

His friend in the video says "Bo wasn't an intruder"...

    I beg to differ.

"Friends say even though Bo has had past ruins with the law, what happened early Saturday was no crime. These friends want the shooter to face justice."

What happened Saturday was a crime. They were:

    1) Underage Drinking
    2) Running from police
    3) Trespassing when he hid in the guys enclosed porch.

It is unfortunate, but not the fault of the home owner. It's not like the kid was hiding behind a tree on the property line. I really don't see a gray area at all and think it is a justified shoot based on the details provided so far. As I've read here before.. "play stupid games, win stupid prizes".

And, just as an aside to anyone interested, that Avatar with the moon and the shell casing (which was supposed to be the rocket), was from from the 1902 movie by Georges Méliès called Le Voyage dans la Lune.

The homeowner where the party was held should be charged, just as a bartender or owner is charged in a drunk driving fatality where they did not stop the drunk from driving, or send them home in a cab.

I haven't heard anything new myself. Still watching and waiting. I'm sure the homeowner/shooter would like to get this over with as well.

I am thinking no news is good news as for the homeowner. He probably is advised to keep quiet by his lawyers. Since there was some spun media on it no need to add fuel to the fire.
