If I remember correctly Milwaukee Police Chief Edward Flynn was the one in the Senate hearing that kept looking down and reading prepared answers from a sheet of paper. It was obvious to me that Senator Feinstein’s staff provided him with the answers because when he was asked a question that he didn’t have a prepared answer for he spoke in a totally different manner. The Chief did not seem to have a good grasp of the subject matter being discussed.
