Evidently knew where a stash of money was hidden not dressed like UPS. What are we not hearing.

There is more to this story than what the article is reporting. Something smells......

Something smells of an inside job. He knew they had a stash of cash and knew where it was. Perhaps a drug house where he had made a purchase at some point???

Security doors; answering the door armed; signing things through the screen on the outer door, and leaving the package on the porch; not letting folks inside the doors, when they're strangers; requesting ID/proof, if things don't "smell" right.

Of course, blindly opening a door doesn't help.

Hard to know what was the case, in this situation. No details. Sounds like a known home-based operation of some sort, where others knew of a "stash" being kept there. At best, it was someone whose habits were well-known to others.

Yup, exactly what i would (or hope I would do), except NOT open the door. Sounds like pretty good SA to me.

In this small town, I know the FedEx and UPS drivers, and any stranger in jeans and a hoodie probably should not be knocking on my door...his threats with a hammer might find him getting 'nailed'.
