Due to the Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act I will carry a concealed firearm just like I would at home.

You can carry in Delaware, Maryland you CAN"T. They don't even like residents owning guns.

Know the laws of your visited states as well as or better than your own so you don't inadvertently get into trouble. I can legally carry in many states with my permits. When we go down to California, I carry a legal knife and a cell phone.

I carry a gun, because a Cop is too heavy.

Incorrect. A PA LTCF is not recognized in Delaware. A Utah CFP, however, is. I recommend getting one. Can't help you with MD.

Carry a note stating to the BG that what he is doing is illegal and that you have been assured by the governor that you will not be assaulted or robbed by anyone carrying an unlicensed weapon.

Where do you get the idea that I can't carry in Maryland? I have yet to find anything that says that the LEOSA doesn't apply in Maryland.

    1. See if any non resident permit covers thouse state (AZ/UT/VI) etc ..
    2. Note knife and non leathal laws tend to more gray arre and pita then gun laws ..
    3. Also note any weird local laws like you can carry or not carry on beaches etc

It looks like in Marylan stun guns are legal to carry unless your in a few counties that dont allow them per tate law, Section 4-109 ... Check first not a lawyer ...

Dont buy a crapo 40 buck one thouhg.. Get a air lauch one like the cops have or the cpx civialn'

The kimber pepper blaster and jpx spray gun are both good too if legal

What we need is a "Citizen Safety Act", this would cover everyone, not just cops. We have too much of this elitist trash.

I use what I have to protect my family. Yes, I think everyone should be able to carry as long as they are responsible gun owners but that is currently not the case.

I believe he was responding to the OP.

You are correct, MD does not recognize any other states' permits, only LEOSA.

Edit: To the OP - Stay in Delaware and go to Bethany or Rehoboth, both are far nicer than OC, MD. Rehoboth is a magnet for alternative lifestylers so you may want to consider that if you have kids. Bethany rocks.

Try arguing that factoid with a Maryland officer and see how far you get OWS?

As to the OP carry a frown. I might would suggest martial arts training or FOF SD training. Or stay home.

Actually I doubt there would be many problems, even Baltimore has a training program for LEOSA.
