I am new here and have been learning a lot of important things. I thought that I might be able to give something back with this post. I stumbled across an audio-video everyone should listen to. After listening I realized the need to make an emergency situation family plan.

Yeah this has been in the news the last few days. It helped remind me to have a chat with the kids about the drills for home invasion, natural disaster, fire, etc.

Smart kid; grabed phone and sister and got to safety! Hope mine wuld do as well--- mine has about 5 year more age too!!

Pre-planning and playing "what if" scenarios with the family is always a good idea IMO.
