You could be right Semper this photo does have EXIF data tags for photoshop ! will have to see if news debunks it ! it would be a shame if real and it would be a shame if someone dubbed for propaganda!

Working with a fair amount of latin American nationals I can tell you this.
A rather large number, can't even really read their own language.
I can see that being a real sign that someone was just handing out to whoever.
Photoshop is another likely answer though.

I saw a protest sign Saturday in Tucson, the sign was carried by a young hispanic lady. It read:
I am not a criminal, I am your next president.
I always thought that you HAD to be a criminal to be president. Some of these protesters just don't get it.

Yes, obviously photo-shopped, zoom in close on sign, pixelation is way different where the letters are and the rest of the sign, looks like it was "painted over" and rewritten. Its so annoying when people make propaganda like this. Whether you agree or not with something, it makes that sides argument that much less credible when people fake stuff like this.
