I joined the Army at age 18. 11B. The education it gave me in people, and the experience in various infantry skills, served me quite well in life.

Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.

If you forget everything else remember one thing try not to do anything that could bring dishonor to yourself and or your unit.And remember that guy yelling at you was where you are now, and he has a tough job to transform you from a civilian to a well oiled machine.GOOD LUCK
