Well, I suppose she won't need a gun working jailer for the next few years.

Unfortunately the unions will save this incompetent from being removed from a job she obviously has no business being in.

Special? Do departments have patrols on the short yellow bus?

Jenkins has not been suspended and continues to work, pending the outcome of the investigation.
To me, that's a scary thing. She left her gun sitting on her front seat of her car...

I hope they at least put her on desk duty. She doesn't need another weapon issued.

I guess that all the criminals she runs into daily, all the theft reports she takes, all the burglaries she has worked in 6 years somehow gave her the idea that nobody will steal a gun from a cop.One gun stolen is one too many, but 2 guns and the second one being left out for the taking, and her next radio traffic should be "you want fries with that"

    Angry

She left her entire duty belt including departmental radio on the front seat of her POV and thought this was ok? Like Biker RN said I see a promotion in her future. That's command staff material.

Unfortunately, this is the case in many lines of occupation.

This woman was probably more concerned about her make-up bag than her gun.
