Help needed--Wounded Warriors, Landstuhl Army Medical Center, Germany

Rather than hijack the Boot Campaign thread, I thought I would start a separate thread...

For those who do not know, Soldiers, Sailor, Airmen and Marines who are wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan, once they are stabilized in-country, are flown to Germany and are treated at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center...unless it is more serious--then they are flown to Bethesda Naval Hospital or Walter Reed Army Hospital (Maryland/Washington D.C.)

However, these men and women come here to Germany with nothing. Most everything they have other than the uniform on their back (if they even have that!) has been given to them through a donation. Some needs are more immediate than others. Please consider sending these (new) items to the address below, or you can make arrangements through me to ensure the items are received. Landstuhl is about 15 kilometers (9 miles) from me.

This list was compiled by the USO--these things are, no kidding, needed and will be used immediately. You can donate items that will be used by our Wounded Warriors.

Bumping this as it seems to have been forgotten. My personal Jeep club has rallied and is collecting some stuff to send. Not sure what all is in the box yet but I intend to add to it.
