Foreman of deadlocked jury describes deliberations
NORFOLK
The jury in the murder trial of Christopher Drotleff and Justin Cannon would have convicted the two former Blackwater contractors of manslaughter had they been given the choice, the jury foreman said Thursday.

It would be interesting to know what "evidence" they have heard and what they've been told to ignore, do or not do by the judge. Comparing against what actually occurred would tell much, though we'll likely never know.
It's easy to pass judgment on someone when you're sitting on an overstuffed chair in an air conditioned courthouse. Stick the jury in the middle of a war zone and see how they vote. BTW there's a poll with the story. 76% opposed to a retrial.
