This is a discussion on Chinese Hostage Negotiator....... Graphic within the Law Enforcement, Military & Homeland Security Discussion forums, part of the Related Topics category; Negotiation concluded.......
There is also a video out there of a female Chinese cop and a guy with scissors to a woman's neck... he gives him a water bottle as a distraction and smoothly draws...rushes and shoots him while he is still holding her. This woman was already bleeding because the guy stabbed her in the arm with the scissors and now had it at her neck.I saw a similar "negotiation" in China somewhere with a guy holding a hostage in a window. The Negotiator leaned over from a window behind him and had the same discussion as this guy.
I remember seeing one in a building window a few years ago. Wonder how many times this has happened in China that we don't know about?
Got to say, it resolves all kinds of problems that we have to put up with here after one of our hostage situations.

I don't think duct tape will be able to fix that.
