I think we'll see more and more child prostitution in the future. I was watching a story on Dan Rather Reports on the surge of child prostitution in Portland. It seems that a lot of people are doing it because the penalties are so minor, not to mention that most of the prostitutes will not testify against their pimps. Even those that are convinced to do so simply run away and are virtually impossible to track down.
They need to increase the punishment for this type of despicable behavior.
