She sure was brave,She is lucky he didn't want a murder rap.The Sheriff is doing what Sheriffs do spreading frosting to cover up crap.If somebody doesn't get demoted or fired for only sending one female officer knowing that all metal has to be removed before getting an MRI then the Sheriff might wanta say we failed the community by literally giving a BG a loaded gun

Wow, an escaped 6'7" 270 lbs convict with a history of violence running towards a preschool armed with a .40 caliber Glock.
Every single police officer in the area must have responded to that all.

Hopyard is dead on...Shoot that guy, with a gun!
His background record alone supports as much toward him punching her and biting her.
Dude is a violent offender who has specific issues with cops/authority. She'd get a clean slate on the shooting if I were on an inquiry board.

Especially after knowing his past, as notated here in the article;
Ainsworth has a felony conviction from December 2006 for buying and selling stolen property. In June 2008 he was convicted of felony auto theft and felony injury of a peace officer and buying and selling stolen property.
On March 27, 2009 he was arrested after a home invasion robbery on the 19000 block of Hidden Spring Lane in Los Gatos. There were three people in the home. Ainsworth and his alleged accomplice, Jyler Alexander Raines face three felony counts of kidnapping with the purpose of extortion. According to police reports, jewelry, wallets, watches and bank information were stolen. An assault rifle was used in the home invasion.
Additionally, Ainsworth and Raines were accused of grand theft auto for stealing the family's Lexus.
What a knuckle dragger.
Burn him at the stake
