Involuntary manslaughter ? The girl was stabbed in the chest by one of these two "soldiers" and died and they both tried to cover it up and all the military can say is "involuntary manslaughter". Something is not right here.

How do you "involuntarily" stab someone?

I wonder if she was "involuntarily" sexually assaulted also?

"Involuntary manslaughter". I don't think so. The US army took the easy way out on this one. There will be no justice for the family of the murder victim.
