From direct confirmation from a Border Patrol Agent in Nogales, AZ and direct confirmation on the Border Patrol website;
Brian Terry only had been restricted to bean bag rounds in his weapon!

Political correctness in this administration has to be driving our guys nuts!
We've got to get this changed ASAP!

Your link does not offer any proof for your statement. While I have heard that rumor going around the net I have not been able to confirm it. Do you have any proof that the agent was carrying only bean bags and rubber bullets?

I highly doubt that Agent Terry was restricted to beanbags. I have no doubt he had his H&K P2000 loaded with Federal HSTs at minimum.
The preceding post may contain sarcasm; it's just better that way. However, it is still intended with construction and with the Love of my L-rd Y'shua.

He and one of his fellow agents were similarly restricted on their long guns. Scuttlebutt has this 'bean bag' restriction being informally and quietly withdrawn - came down through a Supervisor.

See 'Bean Bags' in Tom Tancredo's own words at:

Notice that the administration now wants to exclude the BP from this region and leave it free to smugglers ... Some solution!!

I don't agree with Tom Tancredo.
Not only should Napalitano, who is an imbecile, resign but her and Grijalva should be tried for treason. Their actions and words have been consistent with someone working against the interest of the United States, and for a foriegn power.
