Your link does not offer any proof for your statement. While I have heard that rumor going around the net I have not been able to confirm it. Do you have any proof that the agent was carrying only bean bags and rubber bullets?Brian Terry only had been restricted to bean bag rounds in his weapon!

I highly doubt that Agent Terry was restricted to beanbags. I have no doubt he had his H&K P2000 loaded with Federal HSTs at minimum.

I don't agree with Tom Tancredo.
Not only should Napalitano, who is an imbecile, resign but her and Grijalva should be tried for treason. Their actions and words have been consistent with someone working against the interest of the United States, and for a foriegn power.
