    the new patrol vehicle i got tonight has a kill switch, I get out, flip a switch to keep the vehicle running, remove my key and take the keys with me, when i get back in, just put the key back into the on position, flip the switch back down and away i go. try to drive away without the keys in the ignition, cruiser shuts off

    we have those in all our cars....they are affectionately named after the officer who's car was stolen by a suspect (Xxxxxx device LOL), hence the devices getting put in all our cars
