A "Black Widow" suicide bomber planned a terrorist attack in central Moscow on New Year's Eve but was killed when an unexpected text message set off her bomb too early, according to Russian security sources.

Being a suicide bomber/bomb maker is risky business, this one set a great example to all the rest, please, hook up your initiator well before you need to use it.
That is proper procedure, especially for electronic devices than can be set off from multiple remotes.
