    Kinda like the mental illness of the old ladies who collect so many cats they end up with 70 or 80 living in a filth covered house.

    Maybe this guy is more crazy than criminal. Got to be a few pieces malfunctioning between his ears.

    Compulsive hording seems to be part of it. I would also concur with you that his elevator does not go to the top. It seems clear that he did not want unwanted visitors on his property and that he felt a need to protect himself from others. He did seem to be prepared for a shoot out.

    ZALESKI also was found in possession of more than 67,000 rounds of live ammunition,
