The ATF is so corrupt and agenda driven that anything they do does not surprise me anymore.

By the time this mess is cleaned up, many heads will roll, including hopefully, Eric Holder's.

If he knew about this and authorized it, he should be put on trial for the murder of each American that died by one of these guns. Losing his job is a slap on the hand. He and anyone else up the chain that authorized this needs to go to jail for murder.

I agree deadguy, but the best we could reasonably hope for would be negligent homicide. Even that is highly unlikely. Sucks, but what can we really do aside from keep stoking the fire?

Of course NH would be the worst charge that could ever be made against him and his cronies, although much worse would be warranted.

Mr. Cefalu will come out of this just fine. He has shown integrity and upholds the Honor of those who paid the price for this ch!t and IF he chooses to continue in Law Enforcement somebody will pick him up. Bottom line....I bet the man sleeps a whole lot better at night.

Well done Mr. Cefalu....well done indeed.

Why stop with the AG? If the Boss knew, then he should join the rest in the unemployment line then in the indictment line.

I think treason is more the right charge. Clearly they were trying to put the US in a bad light internationally and domestically. They were circumventing US laws to do it. I vote for treason.

I had to do a presentation on whistleblowing activites about 10-years ago. This required a lot of research. What I remember most, and was quite surprised by, is how little protection really exists for the whistleblower. Whistleblowing is a very high risk activity.

Don't go kidding yourself Slim. That's not how our government works. No one at the top ever gets-got.

The only way Holder goes, is with the next change in presidents.

ATF has been a Rogue agency since before Waco... Have you seen any changes in the last 20 years?

What would be interesting is if the president gets rid of Holder before the campaigning start and use him to his advantage.

So he could appoint another AG just as bad or worse

I agree he may do that, but I wonder if getting egg on his face may make him take a different stance.
