last week there was a shooting 2 blocks down the street from one of the fire engines that were stationed to watch for/deter crime, I can't find the other story but here is one of them

If loose gun laws are good for criminals why do criminals support gun control?
I'm sorry but this is a very stupid idea. Don't get me wrong, I love Fire Fighters but they do a different job than Police. They are not armed or equipped, or trained, for what they are being asked to do.
I'm now convinced nothing good comes from DC, and it will only get worse before it gets better.
