    The following rules apply:

    •Turn in unloaded weapons.
•This will be on a first come, first serve basis.
    •No questions will be asked.
•Non-operational weapon (Pay up to -$25).
    •Operational weapon - ($50).
    •Two or more operational weapons - ($100).
•Cash will be distributed to citizens at the church upon turn-in of weapons.
    •Assault weapons ($100 - maximum $200).
    •Long guns ($25).
I'd be willing to pay that much for their guns...perhaps I should have my own "Guns for Cash" program.
Sounds like a great way to increase my collection. I could always sell off what I didn't want for more than I paid.

If they did that where I live I would be setting up nearby and offering a higher price if they sell to me. I bet alot of nice guns could be picked up cheap.

they could get much more for them on the street........not that I'm advocating illegal sales. If they're going to offer, at least make an attractive offer.

I always love the no questions asked aspect. Hey thugs! Get paid to get rid of evidence and be free to spend the money.

    ^^^^^^^^^A Gun Shop did that^^^^^^^^^

A few months ago, the last time these dopes did this, and the DPD were harassing them saying if they didn't get the H.E. Double Hockey Sticks outta there they[the DPD] were gonna cite them for trespassing, depite the fact that they were, I believe on the side walk.

One cop even said originally,{wrongfully so} that they would bust them for illegally buying guns.
Talk about a dummy, who knows not what he speaks.

Then they came up with the lame trespassing crap.

The question is, is it legal to use taxpayers collars for a buy back program? I would say NO, but then I'm not a namby pamby do gooder!

I'm not saying that I hope this will happen, but I wouldn't put it past the thugs to commit more B&E's in their effort to hunt for more guns to sell LEGALLY, for goodness sakes.

I don't know. I was reffering to "black market" sales on the street.

Just a wild guess but I'm thinking that the governments views all face to face sales as black market.
