    Manager clearly stated cop was not "of color" and was part of the racial oppressor class. Sounds raced based to me.Good enough to sue the Red and Black out of existence. Che would approve of using the man to shut down this capitalist enterprise. For the manager, he can give up his overlord role and become one of the proletariat.
