    ARRRRRGH! This is WHY!

    This is why I carry.
This is why I don't think a prison is over crowded unless you can't close the gates on the teeming masses of scum inside them.
This is why I don't trust in "To Serve and Protect" (not that it's LEOs fault AT ALL).

Yet another fine young man that was "trying to clean up his life" when he killed his last victim.

    Criminal "Justice" "System"

Life in the electric chair... please.

Or a term of time getting "punked" by Bubba 'til he dies of hemmorhoids.

    ARRRRGH!

    No I dont' feel better...
    Rats!
    It could be worse!
    I suppose

Rogers’ younger brother, Kenny Rogers, told The Gazette at the time of Davis’ death in July 2010 that his brother was trying to clean up his life at the time he punched Davis.
For some folks cleaning up their lives means getting rid of the witnesses.

Awww, come on! Give the poor fella just one more chance, or four. He probably just fell on hard times and needs a break.

And, I've got just the break he needs

In this state, these ain't felonies... They're aggravated misdemeanors... At least he wouldn't be able to purchase a gun if the NICS is up to date... big IF... But he can probably pick one up anyway... good thing he can't think that well, I guess.

Sounds like he needs a change in scenery. Maybe a job on a shark fishing boat, they can use him for chum!

By my thinking, he was left on earth about 5-6 years too long.
Bind him and feed him to the gators.

With 49 prior arrests he has proven beyond a reasonable doubt the he is incapable of being a contributing member of society, he needs to be put down like the rabid dog he is.

    From article;

Breaking a cycle of criminal behavior can be extremely difficult, especially if the offender doesn’t think he or she needs to change, Hinzman said.

A bullet to the forehead would cure what that loser suffers from... Maybe he'll get it on the 50th occurrence. I'd like to read all about it too..

The vast majority of prisoners at the highter levels really don't care if they have to shoot you, or just beat you to death. It's their personal gain that matters, nothing else.
