Rogers’ younger brother, Kenny Rogers, told The Gazette at the time of Davis’ death in July 2010 that his brother was trying to clean up his life at the time he punched Davis.
For some folks cleaning up their lives means getting rid of the witnesses.

With 49 prior arrests he has proven beyond a reasonable doubt the he is incapable of being a contributing member of society, he needs to be put down like the rabid dog he is.

The vast majority of prisoners at the highter levels really don't care if they have to shoot you, or just beat you to death. It's their personal gain that matters, nothing else.
