Looking here to see if anyone have ever served at the AF transit center in Kyrgyzstan. If so, what can you pass to me info-wise about the area, mission, the locals, etc., etc., etc............. Looking for any HUMINT I can get.

Didn't serve there, only passed through on my way to points south, and even then it was so long ago as to render my observations almost certainly useless. Check out Lonely Planet for an overview of what living and working around Bishkek will be like (although, obviously, there will be differences for military folks).
