I remember seeing that a while back and rather than being banned by the moderators suffice to say that is taking political correctness to the farthest extreme possible.

With this logic, it could be argued that the undeclared wars that we've fought could be considered workplace violence. I mean, a soldier is there at their workplace...
Then the brady bunch can roll those stats into 'gun violence'...

We buried a soldier we knew as a result of this "workplace violence" I don't see it that way. But would you expect it to be any different?

Why is it so hard to believe that the Government will twist facts in its favor in order to get its agenda across? It has happened many times in our history and goes on everyday.
The Government told everyone that the Germans sunk a ocean liner carrying only innocent civilians, women and children, because the truth that it was a munitions ship would not have the desired effects on the public.
A city near me claims that it has no gang violence when it is promoting itself to new business's. This same city claims it is over run with gang violence when asking for State or Federal anti-gang funding.
What they are doing here with this report is no different than when they claim that its not a serial rapist or serial murderer but is only random unrelated acts of violence. They are trying to influence the public in a particular way.
Sometimes they do it to prevent panic. Sometimes its to convince the public they need more money. Sometimes they do it to get your vote.
Simple as that.
