Oh yeah, well I processed tons of paperwork today in my cubicle, and then had to deal with Cincinnati drivers in the "Great Blizzard of '12" we are having. Sure, its only a light dusting, but have you ever driven through SW Ohio when little flecks of white start falling from the sky? I got a finger cramp too from all thetyping.

Seriously though g-man, sounds like you did good work. At least you weren't hurt worse, and you now get to enjoy some steak. Hope you have a swift recovery.

Thanks all for the get well wishes. I just woke up, feel refreshed, and my arm and hand feels ok. Gonna sit here, converse on DC and watch it snow outside. Tomorrow, I'm going to an indoor range and burning some powder:-)

Glad to hear you're ok! We can't have you "down for the count." Thanks for sharing the event!

I do some varied volunteer work in my retirement and started the day with a bad cold, grumping all the while.

After reading about your morning I think I'll just slink away in shame.

Just loaded a batch of .45 ACP this week. Maybe I'll get to burn off some tomorrow too.

What a job! Thank you for helping to keep criminals such as these off the streets. It must take incredible restraint to not just beat the crap out of some of these predators. I hope you heal quickly.

    Congratulations on the good catch.

Seriously, thanks for what you do, helping keep the country clean- I wish we had a few (thousand) more like you.

Sounds like a pretty full day, Gman, but glad you're OK. Some TLC from Mrs. Gman, maybe a nip or two of some of that fine Kentucky Bourbon, and soaking up some gunsmoke on Saturday will be all the cure you need.

On a more serious note, you're painting a pretty light picture of all that went on today, but it could just as easily have gone south for your team. This is trivial from a guy who tests airplane junk and works with engineering formulas in a safe lab everyday, but thank you for all you do. Glad you got to go home at the end of the day.

Was that nail purchased illegally across the border? Seriously, glad you are going to be ok.

Looks like you're tougher than nails.

    Congratulations on the bust.
