It's nonsense. If we could have any effect on violence in México it would be by ceasing to keep violent drug cartels in business by providing them with a market lucrative enough for them to kill eachother over.what do you think of this petition?

They can't even get their "facts" straight. On the "About This Petition" tab they said 70% of guns seized in Mexico come from the US. On the petition itself, it says is 84%. Both numbers are wrong, but the least they could do would be to be consistent.
--- Enforce the existing ban on the importation of military-style assault weapons (because many of them are later illegally smuggled into Mexico);

This group is all over the place with petitions that can be started by just about anyone for anything.
Even their name "change" has a farmiliar and nauseating sound to it.
