USS Arizona Memorial, Eternal Peace
A very fitting memorial for the survivors of the USS Arizona and the attack of 7 December 1941.

A very fitting tribute.
I am glad our government allows this request of survivors for final internment with their shipmates. It's the right thing to do.

Wow. I didn't know that survivors could request that. It's awesome and definitely brings tears to your eyes.
Rest in Peace and may God Bless.

Every year we go to Hawaii, I make it a point to visit the Arizona Memorial and pay my respects. I've personally known many of the survivors over the years and to a man, has never thought themselves as heroes. I think of them as heroes. They deserve our utmost gratitude and I honor their memory. May they rest in peace.

This was news to me. Very cool.
It is surely true that you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink. Nor can you make them grateful for your efforts.
