Heading home again, so to speak

Well after almost 4 years working in Iraq I am now headed back to where it all began.

I have accepted a position in Afghanistan working with the SFG there in the same province and pretty much the same camp as I did 6 years ago.

It has been a wild ride here and I have met some good people and some not so good people but I was able to deal with both in their own seperate ways. I am being flown to the states to complete my background paperwork for about a week and then will be flown in country.

Not sure how the internet will be there but will keep in touch with everyone. Right now the major hurdle is just getting out of this camp to something that resembles civilization and a real airport. Let the journey begin.

    Oh and just for laughs.

Have a problem with folks parking in handicap parking? How bout blocking your driveway? Well we have a solution for that.

This guy decided to put his car out of site/out of mind and then when the car was found in a bad spot no one would claim it. Oh well, we can always fix that problem. It is amazing what a charge of C4 will do to clear a car. Funny the car still has not been claimed.

Ok no car bomb you can have you car back now and by the way don't park here again.

    "Check Six" tacman...Be safe...
Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.
