Stole dad's tractor, flattened a $250K fleet of cars. My guess is that going to bed without supper and being denied use of the keys ain't gonna cut it, for this "Pion."

IIRC Some city and Counties insure their own vehicles by having X amount of dollars set aside in case of accidents etc. In a case like this if they don't have Insurance thru a carrier then they will be paying to replace the units and then going after the "PION".If It's insured by a national company even if they pay off there is no doubt they will sue the "PION" to recover their damages.that misdemeanor pot bust he turned into a Felony and may lose everything he ever worked for because of one really stupid act,not to mention if there was an emergency that required the SO to respond ASAP it could have been really bad

I'm surprised one of the mods here haven't given this guy an infraction for cop bashing yet. Hey, someone had to say it.

Yeah, squeezed in somewhere between his B&E 101 and Intro H2H Assault seminars.

    I wonder if K-Y drop-ships to state institutions ...

Reminds me of a scene from the football movie 'The longest yard' ...... a con punches the warden ... the other cons asked if it was worth it ..... the cons says 'yes' ..... and gets another 30 yrs.

My guess is this farmer is going to spend some time in the slammer. He must have been one angry guy

That's what happens when you don't keep your tractor holstered.

Yup, if he had kept it pointed in a safe direction when he was cleaning it this would not have happened.

It's those high-capacity fuel tanks; this wouldn't have happened with a one-gallon-per-month restriction.

Looking at all the damage, I'm betting it won't "rub out." He's gonna have a hard time convincing his insurance agent that it should be a covered event. I'm sure the adjuster will point out that acts of "dad gum stupidity" aren't covered.
Not necessarily true. My agent specifically said that they DO cover acts of stupidity. Criminal acts, probably not so much.

Yup. And he could probably work a whole half-acre of land with that one gallon too!

My guess is that our li'l Johnnie will get to be workin' a few acres pretty soon, down at the "county farm." More power to him.
