150th Anniversary of the Bloodiest day in American History

This is just a note to remind everyone that 150 years ago our country was divided and that as dysfunctional as our Government is or as polarized as our population seems, it ain’t anything like it was 150 years ago.

The bloodiest day in American history happened 150 years ago Monday. 23,000 Americans became casualties that day, including one of my own ancestors who lost his arm in that battle.
