    This is nothing new. Its a repeat of the last ammo run from 2007-2010:

    That the bureaucrats controlling police budgets have learned nothing from it is also totally not surprising. In any case of SHTF count on your LEO to not have any ammo either since their stores/budgets are only for peacetime qualifications. I would be willing to bet that I have more ammo stored then the entire LEO department from my city.
