    Definitely check with them. I've enjoyed the benefits of being retired military on a few purchases.

    Besides, if they're a local gun shop, chances are they're willing to work with you anyway. I will always support the local guys; they are the easiest to deal with, readily match prices, and I know who I'm buying from. And often it's one of my pastor's working part-time on the side behind the counter! Added benefit you know.
