Until the major arms manufacturers (S&W, Colt, etc...) it won't mean a thing.

I liked some of the responses... like "truck drivers, don't make deliveries to New York." Impractical, to be sure, but wouldn't it be fun to see the Teamsters step up and take a public stand that the administration's gun control push is over the top and would take basic freedoms away from every-day Americans?

Yeah that would be funny as all get out and I'll tell ya why. EVERYTHING YOU BUY I don't give a rat's watoosie if it's bikini's-primers-newspapers-laptops-gas-Irish Whisky-Heinz Ketchup-baby powder or Dupont powder IT ALL COMES BY TRUCK. So stop making deliveries to New York City and in a week or less the city will GRIND TO A HALT.

Billionaire Bloomburg will just start a new organization "Mayor's against truckers" and use his own people to bring in supplies.

I agree. Too bad that it is unrealistic for gun owners to organize & let the major arms manufacturers know that we will no longer do business with them until they take a similar stance. They would feel the effects of what a national restriction of 2A would entail.

Another article concerning the same topic. Now it is 44 companies as of yesterday. Its gaining visibility.

What is Armlite's problem = the US Govt and state agencies are to big of a customer and they do not want to lose those contracts. Actually, they 'win' if they end up being the only manuf who holds against the tied.

The question is how many of those 44 were actually making government sales. If the answer is 0, then saying they won't looks good on paper but doesn't really have an affect.

It's just not firearms, it's accessories and gear. It all adds up to make a statement.

If you start getting companies like Optics Planet and others, that would make a big impact of a statement to LEO.

We should start petitioning other companies in the 'industry' that do not directly make firearms to join in.

I got my Glock Annual in the mail Friday, and rest assured, they will not be implementing this policy.

OH YEAH??!!? Well.......ever deploy a road star?

I'm sure there's a gaggle of folks who've got a bone to pick with that fool Bloomberg. I live about as far from NY state as you can get and still be in the USA and he's one of the worse of the worst. People like him can really put me in a foul mood. God has a special place for that sucker and it's way WAY SOUTH of the Mason-Dixon Line. He won't like it there but best of all he'll be a PEON.....NOT a big shot+he'll be BROKE. HUA!!
Firing a suppressed is on my Bucket List.

I'm just a spoke in the wheel but not a big deal.

America...a Constitutional Republic. NOT a democracy as the liberals would have us believe.
